COZY COMFORT
You will be hard pressed to find something more nostalgic and cozy than this beefy noodle dish.
1 whole tri-tip or any other meat equivalent in size
1 bag egg noodles
2 cans Cream of mushroom
2 cups Beef broth
½ cup Sour cream
1 cup Parmesan cheese
Salt and pepper to taste
1. Season Tri-tip with salt, pepper, garlic salt and some Susie-Q seasoning.
2. Cook tri-tip in oven @ 335 for 45min-1 hour.
3. Cook egg noodles, drain, cool.
4. Cut up tri-tip in bite sized pieces (about 4 cups worth)
5. Add meat, noodles, sour cream, ½ cup parmesan cheese and beef broth into
bowl and mix.
6. Grease a 9x13 pyrex dish.
7. Fill the pyrex dish with mix and top with garlic salt, pepper and parmesan cheese.
8. Cover with foil and bake @ 325 for 30 minutes or until the cheese starts to melt.
9. Take out of oven let sit, it will be hot
