Top sirloin cut up into 1-inch cubes
1 cup broccoli florets
1 cup bok choy (chopped)
½ cup sliced carrots
1 tsp minced garlic (fresh)
3 tbs butter
1 cup green beans
Chopped green onion for garnish
1/3 cup sesame seed oil

Spend less time coooking and more time together with this fast and tasty meal.
1/3 cup soy sauce
1 tbsp. honey
A few dashes of chili pepper flakes
1 tbsp rice vinegar
Salt and pepper to taste
1. Cut top sirloin into 1-inch cubes
2. Cut up veggies (broccoli, boy choy, carrots, green beans and green onion)
3. Add butter, minced garlic and sesame seed oil to pan and cook the beef until browned and semi pink inside. Top with salt and pepper to taste.
4.In a separate pan, panfry the vegetables with butter until fully cooked.
5. While meat and veggies are cooking, mix the stir fry sauce in a separate jar honey, cornstarch, pepper flakes, rice vinegar, sesame seed oil, soy sauce, olive oil, salt and pepper.
6. Reduce meat pan to simmer and add veggies.
7. Pour over stir fry sauce and simmer with lid for about 5-7 minutes. Stir occasionally.
8. Add chopped green onion for garnish
9. Serve over bed of white rice or stir fry noodles.
