A FAMILY FAVORITE!

Dinner in under an hour with all the flavor you could ever want. Add sides of mashed potatoes, green veggies or a salad.

 2 pounds ground beef   
 1 onion diced
 4/5 jalapeno peppers chopped (mild)
  5 eggs
 1 cup oatmeal   
 2 gravy packets
 ½ cup heavy cream   
 1 tbsp. dijon mustard   
 1 stick butter

1. In a medium bowl, mix all ingredients until just combined.

2. Shape mixture into 10-12 (large) meatballs, approximately 1 palmful. 

3. In a 16-inch pan, use 1 stick of butter and melt into pan while putting in the meatballs.

4. Cook meatballs 15-18 minutes or until cooked through on a stovetop pan with covered lid.
 
5. Mix both gravy packets, heavy cream, Dijon mustard, and 8 oz water together.

6. Pour gravy mix into pan with meatballs once meatballs are finished cooking.

7. Simmer with gravy for about 5 minutes.

8. Serve
