No Time, No Problem

A Classic pot roast with minimal effort + maximum tastiness. 

jill's pot roast

 Chuck roast, or any roast will work
½ cup pepperoncini’s
 1 ranch packet
  1 auju packet
 1 cup carrots
 1 cup chopped celery (optional)
 1 cup baby potatoes (optional)
 Splash of water  
 1/2 stick of butter

1. Add roast into crock pot, top with all other ingredients.

2. Cook on low for 6 hours.

3. Serve!

Great served on top of rice or mashed potatoes.
