1/2-pound ground beef, (85/15)
1 Tablespoon minced garlic
2 Tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
1 cup corn
1 can baked beans
1/2 cup yellow onion diced
2/3 cup Condensed Cream of Mushroom Soup
1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded and divided
1/3 cup whole milk

1/4 cup sour cream
1 teaspoon onion powder
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
½ cup bacon, cooked and crumbled
32 ounces tater tots
1. Preheat the oven to 400 degrees.
2. Place a cast iron skillet on the stove top and add the ground beef,
minced garlic and finely diced onion to the skillet.
3. Turn the burner onto medium heat and cook the beef until it is browned. Add onion and minced garlic - sauté.
4. Once the beef is browned, pour the baked beans, corn, and Worcestershire sauce into the skillet and stir to mix everything together.
5. Turn the heat down to low and allow everything to cook together for 5 minutes.
6. Use a spatula to press the mixture into the bottom of the dish.
7. Sprinkle 1 cup cheddar cheese over the skillet, then place the tater tots in rows to cover the entire dish.
8. Cover the skillet with tin foil and bake at 400 for 30 minutes or until the tater tots are browned.
9. Remove the dish from the oven and sprinkle on the remaining 1 cup of cheese. Return the uncovered pan to the oven and bake for 5 minutes or until the cheese is melted.
10. Remove the dish from the oven, allow it to cool for 5-10 minutes
11. Serve with barbeque sauce
