AN ORIGINAL FAVORITE!
Great for taco tuesday or any other day of the week.
2 pounds flank steak
1 chopped white onion
1 bunch cilantro
1 bag cotija cheese
1 bag white corn tortillas
*Additional toppings: guacamole, salsa verde, roasted jalapeno, sour cream, hot sauce.
1. Season flank steak with Susie Q, salt and pepper.
2. Throw onto the BBQ, or stove top (add butter) – cook until browned.
3. Chop up all of the other ingredients (onion, cilantro, cheese) into separate bowls.
4. Cut up flank steak into 1-inch pieces.
5. Cook tortillas on both sides until you start to see browning spots.
6. Add meat and other toppings onto tortilla
7. Enjoy!
* Great to squeeze a lime on top before eating.
